The goal is to get 4 stars of Food, Drink, Shopping, and Fun in that hub. Also, DON’T LET DINOSAURS GET OUT! Post-incident reduce guest count and cause lawsuits! (Human life is cheap – around 46k each, but that doesn’t mean they’re a good source of food for the T-Rex…)
SAFETY – Emergency shelters for storms or dinosaur rampages. Dinosaur visibility – They paid to see them, so make it happen! Use Viewing Gallery for short and wide vision and Viewing Platforms for far and precise vision. Transport – HAve well-placed monorails to reduce how much they need to walk. Fun – Have enough fun buildings around. Shopping – Have enough shopping buildings around. 
Drink – Have enough drink buildings around. Food – Have enough food buildings around. They don’t like to do anything and aren’t the brightest when running from dinosaurs. So all of the above must be met! Storms will slowly degrade this no matter what, so be careful of ill-tempered dinosaurs. Comfort – This needs to be about their own threshold at all times. Social – How many dinosaurs in the same cage it needs (includes its own kind). Population – How many of its own kind it needs. A large enough cage (with enough grass or forest). The more you have and the higher the rating, the more people and the more money you make.
